Hello Readers. I have heard that men had larger pockets than women do. Is it true? I decided to find out for myself. I found these corduroy pants at a clothes swap and used them to investigate the issue.
These are the men's corduroys in question. Let's check those pockets.
These are the pockets y'all! They are huge! They for sure could hold lots of stuff. I feel like I have been missing out. I have never had pockets this big. I loved them. The pant legs were way too long and I needed to work on the over-all fit.
I marked where the new side seams should go. I like to do this with the pants on and worn inside out.
The new side seams and the new shorter length made these corduroys with big pockets all mine.
The belt loops were in the way of my new side seams. I removed them with my seam ripper. And held onto them for later.
I just stitched the belt loos back in place when I had the side seams finished.
These would be great for winter weather and these pockets might change my life. Thanks for reading along, now go get some men's pants for yourself!
